Shipping & Return

SHIPPING POLICY

Please make sure you submit the correct address. We will ship out to the address that you provide.

Our base is in Sugar Land, Texas USA. All packages will be shipped from Sugar Land or Houston area in Texas.

If accidently you submit wrong address, please contact us ASAP. If the package is returned to us, buyer resposible for the second shipping cost.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (within USA)

FlAT SHIPPING $5/ order. We ship via USPS first class mail. No insurance. we recommend to purchase insurance. If you prefer using different shipping provider please let us know.

Standard shipping (First Clas Mail) normally takes 5-6 business days, however delayed may occured. We can not control once the package are out from our studio.

For order more than $ 50 automatically will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Priority mail normally take 2-3 business days.

Express Mail available, normally takes 1-2 business days. Please contact us for rush order.

Track # will be sent when the package ship. So you are able to track the shipment.

If you have any issues or problems after receive the package please contact us as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We shipped with standard shipping USPS First Class Mail. No Insurance. We recommend to purchase the insurance.

Tracking number available so you are able to track the shipment.

Upgrade to priority mail or priority express available, please contact us for detail.

International shipment will take 3-5 weeks depending on the country, transit time and custom process. For developing countries may take longer.

IMPORTANT FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYER

The Buyers responsible for custom duties/VAT or any cost may apply in the destination country. We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

We can't be held responsible for delay, lost items or stolen items.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE:

Due to nature of our business. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, you can trade for something else in our shop, buyer resposible for the shipping cost. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL, NO TRADE.

If the product arrives to you damage or the item does not match with the descriptions that you purchased, or if you have any issues or problems, please feel free to contact us and we will work case by case.

 

PRODUCTION TIME

All our product are made to order. The production time depends on the designs, our standard production for a simple design jewelry approximately 3-5 business days before its shipped. For certain designs may take more than 3-5 business days. Please make sure to read the production time in the descriptions.

Hairpieces normally take 3-15 business days to create before its ship. However, everything depends on the designs. Simple designs will take 3-5 business days. 

For Centerpieces, and flower bouquets will need 4-10 weeks for production, it depends on the designs.

Multple orders will take more time. Please contact us if you would like to be shipped earlier than the standard schedule, or drop a note when you check out.

Rush Order : Please discuss with us whether we able to rush the production. please do not order without contacting us.

Wedding season ( February-June) normally busy season, we highly recommend to order your pieces in advance minimum 2-3 months before the date you need.
